I. Product Introduction:
The Emulsified Asphalt and Cement Mixture Tester (also known as the Emulsified Asphalt Demulsification Rate Tester) was developed and manufactured by Hebei Tianqixingzi Inspection Equipment Co., Ltd. in accordance with the People's Republic of China industry standard: JTG 3410-2025 "Standard Test Methods of Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture for Highway Engineering" (T 0657-2025 "Emulsified Asphalt and Cement Mixture Test").
This equipment meets relevant national standards and technical specifications for the petrochemical industry. It is primarily used to determine the mixing stability of various emulsified asphalts. By observing their reaction process with cement, the demulsification characteristics of the emulsified asphalt are assessed, thereby determining whether it belongs to the fast-cracking, medium-cracking, or slow-cracking type.
II. Product Uses and Functions
This instrument is mainly used to determine the reaction performance and mixing stability of emulsified asphalt under cement contact conditions. It has the following functions:
Assessing the demulsification rate of emulsified asphalt;
Determining the type of emulsified asphalt (fast cracking/medium cracking/slow cracking);
