I. Product Introduction:
The TD327-3 Bending Beam Rheometer (BBR) is designed by Hebei Tianqixingzi Inspection Equipment Co.,Ltd.in accordance with ASTM D6648-01 and AASHTO T313-02 standards. It is used to perform flexural creep tests on asphalt binders and similar specimens. These tests were originally developed under the Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP) in the United States. The method applies a constant load to specimens immersed in a cold liquid, allowing measurement of their deformation rate at different temperatures.
A complete BBR system includes a water bath, a three-point bending test system, an external temperature-controlled cooling unit, and a set of calibration tools. The three-point bending test system can be easily removed from the water bath for specimen installation and removal. Furthermore, the BBR has been redesigned according to the latest revised ASTM and AASHTO specifications. The new design includes upgradeable and improved software and functionality, making the BBR safer, simpler, and more accurate.
