I. Product Overview

 

This asphalt elongation tester is a third-generation external screw, dual-rail positioning transmission elongation instrument that incorporates the latest international design advantages. Its outstanding advantages are extremely smooth and vibration-free slide transmission, extremely high wire feeding accuracy, and convenient observation.This asphalt ductility tester fully complies with the Ministry of Transport standard JTG 3410-2025 and is designed with reference to ASTM D113, AASHTO T 51, and EN 13589.

This instrument is suitable for measuring the elongation of various specifications and types of asphalt, as well as the residue after distillation of liquid asphalt and the residue after evaporation of asphalt emulsions. It features automatic temperature control, a dead-pole speed regulation device, and the ability to conduct tests on three molds simultaneously. It allows for selection of various tensile speeds and is widely used in production, road construction, and research departments, and is particularly suitable for testing modified asphalt.

II. Structural Description

 

This extension device features a floor-standing, integrated structure inspired by American designs. It boasts an attractive and elegant appearance. The internal lead screw is composed of a double-rail tensioning mechanism, offering advantages such as uniform, stable, and noiseless tensioning. It is supported by four casters.

2.1 This machine uses a stainless steel bath. Heating elements and a refrigeration evaporator are installed at the bottom of the bath. Limit switches are installed at both ends; the machine will automatically stop if the stretching exceeds the limit.

2.2 Power supply, electrical control instruments, etc., are installed on the right side.

2.3 The refrigeration system, consisting of a hermetic compressor, condenser, and fan, is located at the bottom.
