I.Product Description

This instrument conforms to GB/T 4507,JTG 3410-2025/T 0606-2025,ASTM D36/D36M,AASHTO T53,EN 1427,and ISO 4625(Ring-and-Ball)standards.It is suitable for determining the softening point of road petroleum asphalt,polymer-modified asphalt,liquid petroleum asphalt,coal tar distillation residue,emulsified asphalt evaporation residue,road marking paint,and certain resin products.It is an ideal instrument for asphalt production enterprises,highway and bridge construction enterprises,related universities,and research institutes.

II.Main Technical Features:

1.The water bath test at 5~90℃can be selected,and the glycerol test at 35~+160℃can also be performed

2.Adopt microcomputer control,automatic stirring,linear heating,and the heating rate maintains the standard requirement of 5℃/min;

3.A laser beam sensor is used to automatically detect the softening point value of asphalt softening 25.4mm.After the test is completed,the test results are automatically displayed and printed;
