I.Product Introduction

This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of T0604-2011"Asphalt Penetration Test",fully complying with the latest Chinese standard JTG3410-2025,and also meeting international standards,including ASTM D5/D5M-20,EN 1426:2024,and AASHTO T49:2023.This instrument is mainly used to determine the penetration of viscous road petroleum asphalt and polymer-modified asphalt,the residue after distillation of liquid petroleum asphalt or evaporation of emulsified asphalt,and petroleum wax content.It features a built-in cooling function for precise temperature control and a data upload function.

II.Product Features

1.The instrument is equipped with a 7-inch LCD touchscreen and a CPU microcontroller,featuring high integration,simple operation,and achieving automated,digital,and computerized testing;

2.It adopts a new type of grating displacement sensor to improve the accuracy of needle penetration measurement;

3.A new temperature control system with cooling function has been added,which can accurately control the water temperature at 25℃±0.03℃,improving measurement accuracy and ease of operation;

4.A new network information transmission system has been added,enabling real-time uploading of test information and results via network cable,and supporting remote monitoring;

5.Equipped with a printing function,allowing printing of results and test conditions after the test.
