Products Description

Microcomputer-Controlled Universal Testing Machine (UTM) for tensile, compression, bending, and shear testing of metals, plastics, rubber, and composite materials. Equipped with high-accuracy load sensing, real-time LCD display, data storage, curve analysis, and optional extensometer, it is widely used in laboratories, universities, research centers, and quality control departments.

Microcomputer-Controlled Universal Testing Machine

Model:TDWE-2000B

I. Product Introduction

The Microcomputer-Controlled Universal Testing Machine is designed for conducting tensile, compression, bending, and shear tests on a wide range of metallic and non-metallic materials. It adopts a high-precision load sensor for force measurement, while the LCD display provides real-time monitoring of test force, loading rate, upper and lower yield points, and the force-time curve.

The machine features intuitive operation, high accuracy, and automatic curve scaling according to changes in load and time, ensuring clear and efficient test analysis. It can be equipped with an extensometer and displacement measurement system for more comprehensive material deformation testing.

The system is capable of storing up to 1,000 test records, which can be conveniently retrieved by specimen number. Additional features include loading rate tracking, overload protection, power failure protection, real-time clock function, and a built-in micro printer for immediate test result output.

A communication interface is provided for connection with a computer system. The machine can also be connected to a local area network (LAN), enabling remote transmission and output of test data and curves for centralized data management.

Applicable Standards:

ISO 7500-1: Metallic Materials — Verification of Static Uniaxial Testing Machines

ASTM E4: Standard Practices for Force Verification of Testing Machines
