I. Product Introduction
The machine mainly consists of a base, top cover, rotating structure, impact mechanism, clamping mechanism, and screen assembly. It features small size, light weight, attractive appearance, automatic stop device, advanced structure, good performance, large rotation amplitude, strong impact force, good screening effect, and convenient and flexible screen assembly and clamping.
II. Working Principle:
This machine is powered by an electric motor that drives the main eccentric shaft on the swing frame to rotate via a transmission shaft and a worm gear pair. This, in turn, drives the other two auxiliary eccentric shafts to rotate, causing the entire screen assembly to swing in a planar circular motion with a radius equal to the eccentricity. At the same time, the same electric motor drives another pair of turbines to periodically lift the oscillating frame equipped with the screen group through the cam and push rod, so that the oscillating frame falls on the anvil seat of the machine base by its own weight, so that the oscillating frame is vibrated while being moved in a planar circular motion.
III. Instructions for Use
1. When placing the sample sieves, arrange them in order of sieve aperture size, and add an additional sieve base plate.
2. Pour the material to be analyzed into the uppermost sieve, cover it, and then place it in the vibrating sieve base.
3. Rotate the lifting handle on the sieve clamp counterclockwise to slide the entire clamp onto the sieve set. Then rotate the lifting handle clockwise; the internal top rod shaft will clamp the support sleeve, securing the entire sample sieve set.
4. Set the timer knob on the vibrating sieve to the required screening time, turn on the power switch, and the vibrating sieve will begin rotating.
5. If there is no up-and-down vibration during initial operation, the motor is running in reverse. Please reverse the power cord connection.
6. Turn off the power after use.
