I. Overview

This instrument is suitable for testing geosynthetic filter layers. It measures the permeability coefficient and permeability ratio of soil-geotextile systems and their interfaces under specific water flow conditions, as well as the mud content of geotextiles. This allows for the determination of whether geosynthetics, as a filter layer for a particular soil type, will cause unacceptable clogging. The clogging test permeability test apparatus uses alloy materials on both sides and organic materials in the middle, ensuring good sealing performance and convenient and rapid sample loading and unloading.
