Products Description
The Geotextile Abrasion Tester simulates the friction and wear conditions encountered by geotextiles in actual engineering applications to determine whether their abrasion resistance meets relevant standard requirements.
Geotextile abrasion tester
Model:TGHCJ-1
I. Standards Met
This testing instrument is designed according to GB/T 17636 "Geotextiles and Related Products—Determination of Abrasion Resistance—Abrasion/Sliding Block Method," and is used to determine the abrasion resistance of woven geotextiles, non-woven geotextiles, and related products. It also meets the requirements of international standards such as ASTM D4886-23 and DIN ISO 22182.
II. Test Principle:
The specimen is fixed on a platform. Under specified pressure and friction conditions, an abrasive with specified surface characteristics is rubbed against it. Finally, the tensile strength of the specimen before and after friction is measured. The abrasion resistance of the specimen is described by the rate of strength loss.
III. Technical Parameters:
Upper Plate: 50mm*200mm
Lower Plate: Dimensions: 50mm*200mm; Stroke: 25±1mm
Frequency: 90 times/minute
Sample Load Capacity: 6±0.01kg
Number of Friction Cycles: 2-99999 times, arbitrarily settable
