Products Description
The fully automatic intelligent permeable concrete water erosion resistance test chamber is a laboratory device used to simulate the erosive effect of water flow on the surface of permeable concrete under natural conditions, thereby determining the water erosion resistance of permeable concrete and evaluating its durability and structural stability.
Fully Automatic Intelligent Permeable Concrete Water Erosion Resistance Test Chamber
Model:SNT791-NL2
I.Product Introduction
The SNT791-NL2 fully automatic intelligent permeable concrete water erosion resistance test chamber (with cooling function) was developed and manufactured by Hebei Tianqixingzi Inspection Equipment Co.,Ltd., based on the technical requirements of Appendix B, "Test Method for Water Erosion Resistance," of the building materials industry standard JC/T 2558 "Permeable Concrete." The equipment also complies with multiple international standards as supplementary references, including ASTM C1701/C1701M-17a (2023), EN 12390-8, UNI 9533, and DIN 1048, to meet export requirements. This product is an upgrade from the SNT791-NL1 permeable concrete water erosion resistance test chamber (with cooling function), featuring a newly added fully automatic programmable control system. This enables unattended intelligent control of the entire testing process, significantly saving labor costs and making the entire testing process more accurate and efficient.

III. Test Method
After the specimens have been cured for 28 days, remove them and place them in the water erosion resistance test apparatus. Close the drain outlet, add water, ensuring the aqueous solution is at least 50 mm above the upper surface of the specimen. Maintain a 50 mm gap between adjacent specimens, and the distance between the specimen and the side wall of the container should not be less than 50 mm, ensuring that all surfaces of the specimen are adequately immersed in the aqueous solution. Turn on the water pump, controlling the circulating water flow rate at (2.0±0.2) m/s. Rinse with running water for 12 hours. Turn off the water pump, immediately turn on the drain outlet, and drain the water within 30 minutes. After draining, allow the specimens to air dry naturally for 12 hours. h, then proceed to the next cycle.
The water temperature should be controlled at (20±2)℃. Change the water once per cycle, for a total of 30 cycles. After 30 cycles, a compressive strength test should be performed promptly. The control specimens should maintain their original curing conditions until 30 cycles are completed, at which point they should undergo a compressive strength test simultaneously with the specimens undergoing the water erosion resistance test.
3. Test Results and Treatment
The water erosion resistance coefficient of permeable concrete should be calculated using the following formula, accurate to 0.1%.
Kf=f30/f0×100% Where:
Kf—Water erosion resistance coefficient, %;
f30—Measured compressive strength of a group of permeable concrete specimens after 30 cycles, accurate to 0.1 MPa, in megapascals (MPa);
f0—Measured compressive strength of a group of permeable concrete specimens used for comparison, accurate to 0.1 MPa, in megapascals (MPa). The values for f30 and f0 should be the arithmetic mean of the compressive strength results of three specimens. If the difference between the maximum or minimum value and the median value exceeds 15% of the median value, this value should be discarded, and the arithmetic mean of the remaining two values should be used as the measured value. If both the maximum and minimum values exceed 15% of the median value, the median value should be used as the measured value.
The SNT791-NL2 fully automatic intelligent permeable concrete water erosion resistance test chamber (with cooling function) was developed by Cangzhou Taiding Hengye Testing Instrument Co., Ltd. according to the test requirements of Appendix B: <Test Method for Water Erosion Resistance> in the People's Republic of China Building Materials Industry Standard JC/T 2558 "Permeable Concrete". This product is based on the SNT791-NL1 permeable concrete water erosion resistance test chamber (with cooling function) and adds a fully automatic programmable control system, enabling unattended, fully automatic intelligent control of the entire test process. This saves labor and makes the entire test process more accurate.
