Products Description
The computer-controlled asphalt softening point tester is an intelligent testing device that accurately determines the softening point of asphalt by automatically heating, detecting, and recording the sinking temperature of a steel ball.
Computerized Asphalt Softening Point Tester
Model:LQ-FH002
I. Product Introduction
This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the national standard GB/T4507 "Determination of Softening Point of Petroleum Asphalt" and the national transportation industry standard JTG 3410-2025 "Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" T0606 "Asphalt Softening Point Test". It is suitable for determining the softening point of various types of asphalt, including road petroleum asphalt, polymer-modified asphalt, diluted asphalt, and emulsified asphalt residues. It is the preferred instrument for asphalt production enterprises, highway and bridge construction units, and related universities and research institutions.
This instrument simultaneously meets the following international standard requirements:
ASTM D36/D36M — Ring-Ball Method for Determining Softening Point of Bituminous Binders
AASHTO T53 — Test for Softening Point of Bituminous Binders
EN 1427 — Bitumen and bituminous binders — Determination of softening point (Ring and Ball)
ISO 4625 (Ring-and-Ball) — Determination of softening point of coatings and bituminous binders
IP 59 — Bitumen Softening Point (Ring and Ball)
This instrument adopts full computer control, electronic photoelectric measurement, LCD display, and automatic printing of test results by a micro-printer. It also features linear temperature heating, uniform bath stirring, simultaneous testing of two samples, and automatic detection of sample softening point. With a high degree of automation, fast and convenient testing, and reliable test results, it is an intelligent instrument for asphalt softening point testing. The instrument employs a highly automated control system, ensuring accurate and reliable measurement results. It fully meets the standardization, precision, and high stability requirements for softening point testing both domestically and internationally.
