I. Product Introduction

 

The SN2025-AC series direct method cement hydration heat tester is developed and manufactured by Hebei Tianqixingzi Inspection Equipment Co.,Ltd.,in accordance with GB/T12959-2024"Method for Determination of Cement Hydration Heat".

After system upgrades,this series of products offers simpler,more convenient,and more user-friendly fully automatic cement hydration heat testing.The equipment has undergone overall optimization,with multi-channel temperature sensors installed on the front of the water tank to ensure short circuits,fast temperature acquisition rates,and high sensitivity.Changes in heat valuesare collected in real time by the multi-channel acquisition system and transmitted to a computer.The software automatically calculates the total heat accumulated and dissipated within the calorimeter,yielding the hydration heat of cement after 3-7 days or 28 days(hydration heat results can also be viewed at any time).Independent operation and calculation of single-channel tests are also possible.

3) Hydration Heat Analysis Software

The analysis software allows setting hydration heat test parameters and automatically starts/stops data acquisition according to the program settings. During the test, it automatically calculates the test results data. Each channel can acquire and analyze data independently, and the interface can display the acquisition status and curves of each channel in real time.

The software features automatic temperature correction and has a 7-point calibration range. This system analysis software can be connected to any computer to prevent unexpected events such as laboratory power outages or computer malfunctions from stopping the experiment. The software automatically calculates the total heat accumulated and dissipated in the calorimeter to obtain the hydration heat of cement after 3-7 days or 28 days.
