I. Product Introduction
When hot asphalt (e.g., 150~160℃) encounters a very small amount of cold water (2~3%), a violent heat exchange occurs, causing the cold water to vaporize instantly, resulting in a "foaming" phenomenon in the asphalt. This "foamed" asphalt is generally referred to as foamed asphalt. During the "foaming" process, the asphalt rapidly expands in volume to several times or even ten times its original size, and its viscosity decreases significantly, making it easier to mix with aggregates. Therefore, foamed asphalt is very suitable for cold recycling and warm mix technologies in road engineering. Foamed asphalt technology originated in the United States. With the implementation of my country's Ministry-issued "Technical Specifications for Highway Asphalt Pavement Recycling" (JTG F41-2008), which simultaneously references AASHTO / CT-313 / BS-9228 (or customer-specified methods) in technical documents and lists the specific geometric and control parameters that the equipment must meet, foamed asphalt technology has made significant progress and development in my country.

III. Foaming Machine Pressure Gauge Parameter Settings
The air pressure gauge spray pressure is generally between 0.4-0.5, with a factory setting of 0.4. The water tank pressure should be adjusted to between 0.1-0.2, with a factory setting of 0.1. The water spray pressure will be generated naturally.
IV. Flow Meter Settings
Adjust the flow meter knob to below the 6 mark, adjusting it to a suitable point according to the water flow rate.
V. Inverter Settings
The inverter frequency should be set between 6.0 and 7.0, with a factory setting of 6.3. The current frequency acquisition method is digital knob control, setting number P00 04. The asphalt pump control method is terminal control, setting number P01 01. The asphalt pump forward and reverse rotation is set to M0 forward and M1 reverse, setting number P38 00. For modifications to the control method, please refer to the inverter manual.
