Products Description

The Standard Curing Box for Cement Mortar Specimens is designed for laboratory curing of cement mortar specimens under controlled temperature and humidity conditions. With automatic temperature and humidity control, it provides a stable curing environment for cement testing in laboratories, cement plants, construction companies, and research institutions.

Standard Curing Box for Cement Mortar Specimens

Model: TDJC959-60

I. Product Introduction

The constant temperature and humidity curing box is designed for the standard curing of thermal insulation materials and coatings, as well as shrinkage and creep tests and in-mold curing of cement mortar specimens. It is widely used in highway and transportation engineering, railway and bridge construction, civil engineering, water conservancy and hydropower projects, and scientific research institutions, offering broad application potential.

The Standard Curing Box for Cement Mortar Specimens is a laboratory device designed for static curing of cement specimens under constant temperature and humidity conditions.

II. Product Features

1. Durable Construction: The outer cabinet is made of 1.5 mm thick steel plate with an electrostatic powder-coated finish. The inner chamber is fabricated from 304 stainless steel for good durability and corrosion resistance.

2. Automatic Water Supply Ultrasonic Humidifier: The ultrasonic humidifier uses high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations to atomize water into ultra-fine particles measuring approximately 1–5 μm. A fan disperses the fine water mist throughout the chamber. The ultrasonic humidifier provides uniform and fine mist, quiet operation, reliable and stable performance, and low energy consumption, consuming only approximately 1/10–1/15 of the electricity used by conventional electric heating humidifiers.

3. Microcomputer Control: The unit is equipped with a microcomputer temperature and humidity controller for highly automated operation. No manual adjustment is required for different seasons or ambient temperatures. The system automatically switches between cooling, heating, humidification, and dehumidification to maintain the temperature and relative humidity within the preset ranges.

IV. Applications

The Standard Curing Box for Cement Mortar Specimens is suitable for standard curing and laboratory testing of cement mortar specimens and other construction materials. It can be widely used in:

Cement plants and cement testing laboratories;

Construction material testing laboratories;

Highway and railway engineering laboratories;

Bridge and civil engineering projects;

Water conservancy and hydropower projects;

Universities and scientific research institutions;

Quality control and inspection facilities.

V. Operation and Maintenance

Before operation, ensure that the curing box is placed on a stable and level surface and that the power supply and water supply are properly connected.

Add clean water to the humidification system according to the operating requirements. Regularly check the water level and keep the humidification system clean to ensure stable mist generation.

During operation, avoid opening the chamber door frequently, as this may affect temperature and humidity stability. Clean the inner chamber and specimen racks regularly to prevent contamination and material buildup.

When the equipment is not in use for an extended period, disconnect the power supply, drain the water system, clean the chamber, and keep the equipment dry.

VI. Safety Precautions

1. Check the power supply and electrical connections before operation.

2. Ensure that the equipment is properly grounded.

3. Do not touch electrical components with wet hands.

4. Keep the humidification system supplied with sufficient clean water during operation.

5. Do not block the air circulation openings inside the chamber.

6. Disconnect the power supply before cleaning, maintenance, or inspection.

7. Keep the curing box away from direct water exposure and corrosive substances.
