I. Product Overview
This testing machine is mainly used to determine the compressive strength of high-strength building materials (such as concrete blocks, stone, bricks, cement components, etc.). It adopts an electro-hydraulic loading system, is equipped with a high-precision digital display instrument, is easy to operate, and provides reliable data. The equipment meets the requirements of Class I accuracy and is suitable for engineering quality testing stations, research institutes, and teaching laboratories.
II. Calibration Requirements
To ensure the accuracy of test data, the testing machine should be calibrated annually.
1. Calibration conditions are as follows:
Ambient temperature: 20±10°C;
Relative humidity: ≤80%;
No significant environmental vibration;
Power supply voltage fluctuation not exceeding ±10% of the rated value.
2. Calibration Pre-calibration Procedure:
Connect the power supply and preheat for 30 minutes;
Zero the instrument according to the operating procedures;
Start the motor and apply the maximum load three times;
After returning the load display to zero, begin calibration.
3. Calibration Result Requirements:
Relative error of indication: ≤1%
Relative variability of indication: ≤1%
