I.Product Introduction
This concrete direct shear tester is developed in accordance with the provisions of the national industry standards SL 352-2006"Test Procedures for Hydraulic Concrete"and DL/T 5150-2017"Test Procedures for Hydraulic Concrete".
Based on existing products at home and abroad,this testing machine is a new generation of concrete testing equipment developed using dual-channel electro-hydraulic servo technology for load loading(it can also independently use one channel for vertical or horizontal load loading to complete the requirements of uniaxial loading tests),dual-sensor technology,microcomputer control and software processing technology.It can be used for direct shear tests on rock structural surfaces(such as joint surfaces,inside layers,inside sheets,crack surfaces,etc.),the rock itself and the bonding surface between concrete or mortar and rock,as well as shear strength tests on the interface between concrete and other materials.
The machine's control unit consists of a computer and a servo oil pump control system.It features a dual-path,dual-channel closed-loop control mode for(normal@horizontal)stress and(normal@horizontal)displacement.During the test,it can perform multi-level load holding and multi-level shear tests.The independent and open test system,with the addition of auxiliary equipment,further expands the equipment's versatility.This instrument features a compact and aesthetically pleasing design,simple maintenance,and convenient operation.The entire testing process can be automatically controlled by a microcomputer under WIN7/10.It is a domestically original invention and possesses advanced national standards.It is suitable for use in water conservancy and hydropower(geological)exploration,universities,and other research institutions.
