I.Product Introduction
Equipped with a color LCD touchscreen and AI-powered fuzzy logic control,this brick carbonation testing chamberutilizes imported infrared sensors for more stable and accurate temperature,humidity,and ultra-high concentration data,ensuring a long service life.It is used for carbonization tests on concrete hollow blocks and bricks.Data is automatically recorded,stored,and exportable,and retains information even after power failure.The imported compressor is energy-efficient.
The product meets the relevant carbonation test requirements in GB/T 4111-1997"Test Method for Small Hollow Concrete Blocks"and GB/T 2542-92"Test Method for Masonry Bricks",and is designed and manufactured with reference to the provisions on carbonation test equipment and test conditions in DL/T 5150-2001"Test Procedure for Hydraulic Concrete".It also incorporates the relevant technical requirements for accelerated carbonation tests in international standards such as ISO 1920-12 and EN 13295.
II.Structure and Working Principle
★The carbonation test chamber is a fully enclosed unit in which test specimens are placed on internal shelves.The chamber automatically maintains constant temperature,relative humidity,and CO₂concentration through a microcomputer-controlled system according to preset parameters.The chamber is mainly composed of the enclosure,and an integrated control system for temperature,humidity,and CO₂concentration.
★The chamber’s outer casing is made of cold-rolled steel with an electrostatic powder-coated finish,while the inner liner is constructed from embossed aluminum sheets.The insulation layer is formed by one-piece polyurethane foam,and the shelves are made of plastic frames.This design provides excellent thermal insulation,airtightness,and corrosion resistance.
★Temperature and Humidity Control System
When the temperature sensor detects that the chamber temperature falls below the lower set limit,the controller sends a signal to activate the heating element.Conversely,if the temperature exceeds the upper set limit,the controller signals the compressor to operate.Once the chamber reaches the desired set temperature,the heating element or compressor stops,maintaining a constant temperature within the chamber.
★Humidity Control System
The chamber uses highly hygroscopic color-changing silica gel for dehumidification.When the chamber humidity rises above the upper set limit,the humidity controller sends a signal to activate the dehumidification system,which automatically stops when the humidity returns within the upper limit tolerance.Conversely,when the humidity drops below the lower set limit,the controller activates the humidifier to spray moisture,and it automatically stops when the humidity reaches the lower limit tolerance.(Note:Please use distilled water in the humidifier to ensure its longevity.)
★Control System
The carbonation test chamber uses an imported infrared concentration sensor module to measure the gas concentration.The sensor converts the detected gas concentration into a corresponding electrical signal,which is analyzed by the controller.The controller then sends output signals to the gas supply system’s actuators,controlling the opening and closing of the gas supply to maintain the desired CO₂concentration.
