I.Product Introduction

 

This system was developed based on the "Test Procedures for Highway Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures" (JTJ 052-2000) and tailored to the testing needs of relevant research institutes. The system utilizes the company's latest self-developed mechanical testing platform as its core, and its hardware and software functions have been expanded upon. It possesses excellent hardware platform versatility and can be equipped with various specialized testing software and auxiliary testing devices. Furthermore, the design and application process referenced relevant international standards such as ASTM, AASHTO, and EN, enabling it to meet the research and engineering application needs for testing the mechanical properties of asphalt and asphalt mixtures.

II.The mechanical hardware platform has the following characteristics:

 

1.A vertical movement space of 1000mm,enabling the completion of various tensile tests.

2.A servo system equipped with overload protection,overcurrent protection,and mechanical position limit protection,capable of providing loads up to 100kN at a speed of 50mm/min.

3.Integrated tensile strength design,compatible with other fixtures for customized testing.

4.Dual pressure sensors,dual displacement sensors,and dual digital dial indicators,with configurations available upon request.
