I.Product Introduction

The road cross-section ruler is used to measure rutting on asphalt pavements,for assessing pavement condition and calculating maintenance workload.

The Pavement Cross Section/Rutting Test Ruler is designed in accordance with JTG E60-2008 and T0973-2008,the Chinese technical specifications for on-site testing of highway subgrade and pavement.Its design and application also reference international standards,including ASTM E1703/E1703M for rut-depth measurement using a straightedge and ASTM D8360‑22 for assessing asphalt mixture rutting performance.

Main functions:

1.Rut depth measurement:Detects the depth of ruts formed on the road surface due to vehicle traffic.

2.Cross slope measurement:Measure whether the cross slope of the road surface meets the design specifications(e.g.,a drainage slope of 2%~3%).

3.Smoothness inspection:Assist in evaluating the longitudinal and transverse smoothness of the road surface.
