This instrument is mainly used for the collection and recovery of mineral powder in laboratory or construction site tests of asphalt mixtures and mineral materials. Through positive pressure suction, it can effectively adsorb fine mineral powder particles generated during cutting or grinding, preventing dust scattering and maintaining a clean experimental environment.

I.Product Introduction

This product can be widely used in pharmaceutical,biological product,mineral pump,beverage,brewing,and watchmaking industries for filtering bacteria and particulate matter from water,pharmaceutical oils,lubricating oils,fuel oils,and in scientific research laboratories.It generally removes particles larger than 0.65 micrometers in diameter and bacteria smaller than 0.45 micrometers.This product uses positive pressure,which is faster than negative pressure operation.(Please call for inquiries about negative pressure options.)

IV.Operating Procedures(Simplified Steps)

 

Filter membrane pretreatment:Soak in 70℃distilled water for 4 hours→Change the distilled water and soak overnight→Clean again before use.

Assembly:Wet the filter membrane onto the sand core funnel,connect the pressure tank and the top cover,and ensure a leak-free seal.

Pressure filtration:Inject filtrate→Expel air(lock the inlet after the bubbles disappear)→Start the pressurization device(monitor the pressure≤0.1 MPa).

V.Key Considerations

 

Pre-filtration Requirements:Microporous membranes are only used for terminal filtration.The filtrate must first be pre-filtered through plates and frames to prevent clogging.

Safe Operation:

Monitor the pressure gauge in real time after powering on to prevent overpressure damage to the funnel;

Regularly check the integrity of the filter membrane and replace any damaged membranes promptly.

Environmental Compatibility:Avoid use in dusty or corrosive environments to prevent affecting instrument accuracy.

VI.Maintenance and After-Sales Service

 

Cleaning and Maintenance:Thoroughly rinse the sand core and pressure tank after each use to prevent residue from hardening.
