I.Product Introduction

 

The fully automatic asphalt mixture slab cutting machine is a professional cutting machine developed and manufactured by our factory with reference to foreign technology.It is suitable for cutting small prismatic specimens from asphalt mixture roller-rolled specimens for use in asphalt mixture bending tests.

This product references ASTM and EN standards and meets the requirements for cutting prismatic specimens using a cutting machine in the Ministry of Transport standards JTGE20-2011"Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering"and T0703-2011"Methods for Preparing Asphalt Mixture Specimens(Roller Rolling Method)".

 

II.Detailed Introduction:

 

This preparation system is designed for rapid and precise specimen cutting:

This system has a complete set of interconnected devices to ensure the safety of operators:

1.When cutting a specimen begins,the saw blade will automatically advance;after cutting,the saw blade will automatically return to its initial position.

2.Operators can select the most suitable cutting speed based on different test pieces and production volumes.

3.When cutting prismatic specimens,the operator will control the pneumatic clamps for fixation;when cutting cylindrical specimens,the operator will use manual clamps for fixation.

4.A simple interval cutting device is installed at the specimen location,which can cut small beam specimens with a width of 250mm,a height of 30mm,and a height of 35mm without measurement.Other small beam specimens of the same size can also be used.

5.The cylindrical specimen fixture ensures minimal damage to the specimen during cutting,the specimens were securely held in place during the cutting process.

6.Using PVC pipes to protect cylindrical specimens can achieve a more ideal cutting effect.

7.Equipped with an electronically controlled pneumatic pressure adjustment system for specimen positioning,which ensures the specimen cutting length(150mm)and a perfect parallel cut surface.

8.The system is suitable for cylindrical specimens with a diameter of 100mm,and can quickly and accurately cut specimens to a length of 100mm.

9.It is equipped with a dust cover to prevent cooling water and dust from splashing,and features a silent air source.
