I.Product Introduction

This machine and its testing methods comply with the requirements of the JTGE20-2011/T0703-2011 standard.It is suitable for T0703-2025"Method for Preparing Asphalt Mixture Specimens(Wheel Rolling Method),"and also references the international standards AASHTO T324–Hamburg Wheel-Track Testing of Asphalt Mixtures and EN 12697-33:Wheel Tracking Test,and is qualified for export.

II.Product Features

1.The roller pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 0 kN to 20 kN,with an accuracy of less than 0.1 kN.

2.The test mold height can be selected within the range of 30 mm to 100 mm.

3.The clamping mechanism for installing the test mold is advanced,easy to use,safe,and reliable.

4.After the test mold is installed on the trolley,it can be automatically centered.

5.The trolley can be moved incrementally to any desired position.

6.The number of rolling passes can be set arbitrarily,and the number of passes is recorded at all times.Rolling automatically stops when the actual number of passes reaches the set value.

7.The rolling temperature can be set arbitrarily according to the test requirements.Heating automatically stops when the actual temperature reaches the set temperature,and the temperature value is accurately displayed.

8.It features a safety control design,with an emergency stop switch on the control panel.In case of emergency,activating this switch will immediately stop all ongoing operations.
