I.Product Introduction

This instrument is designed according to the relevant requirements of the"Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering"(JTG 3410-2025)T0730-2025,specifically for asphalt mixture permeability testing.It is suitable for determining the permeability coefficient of asphalt mixture specimens to verify the mix design of asphalt mixtures.

III.Technical Parameters

1.Graduated Cylinder Parameters:The upper part is a transparent acrylic graduated cylinder with a volume of 600mL.It has graduations with coarse markings at 100mL and 500mL.A 10mm height corresponds to 20mL.

2.Base parameters:The base is made of aluminum or stainless steel.The inner diameter of the bottom opening is 150~151mm and the outer diameter is 300mm.There is a water outlet in the middle of the top with a diameter of 25mm±2mm.

3.Other Parameters:The permeameter is semi-automatic,featuring an internal piston with a rubber stopper at the bottom.Its outer diameter is slightly larger than the outlet orifice diameter,and also equipped with a liquid level sensor,which is connected to an external display.During the test,the display can show the liquid level and permeability coefficient in real time.
