I.Product Introduction

 

The Geotechnical Consolidation Testing Machine is a multi-functional,fully automatic soil consolidation testing system,benefiting from new low-maintenance,high-efficiency,and environmentally friendly electronic servo control technology.Our noiseless,compact,and high-performance servo system runs on our professional software and meets the consolidation test requirements of GB/T50123-2019"Standard for Geotechnical Testing Methods"And refer to ASTM D2435/D2435M-25Standard Test Methods for One-Dimensional Consolidation Properties of Soils Using Incremental Loading and ISO 17892-5:2017 Geotechnical investigation and testing—Laboratory testing of soil Part 5:Incremental loading oedometer test standard.It is primarily used for soil consolidation and compression tests,detecting the relationship between soil pressure and deformation,and calculating unit sedimentation,compression index,rebound index,and consolidation coefficient.It can also perform uniaxial compression deformation tests on cement,concrete,and rock,and is applicable to engineering units in coal mines,geology,hydraulic engineering,transportation,and construction.

The main unit adopts a high-strength frame structure,and the overall structure is compact and the layout is reasonable.The control unit uses an AC servo speed control system to control a high-precision,high-frequency response AC servo motor,which drives a precision low-noise reducer and a precision ball screw pair for testing.This allows for a wide range of test speed adjustments,ensuring a smooth and efficient testing process.Test data can be accessed at will,enabling reanalysis of data and curves,local magnification,and re-editing of data,specimens,environmental conditions,and test parameters.Complete test reports and curves can be printed.
