I.Product Introduction

The asphalt mixture core drill(hereinafter referred to as the drill)is a specialized tool for drilling precise core samples from asphalt mixtures,both on-site and indoors.It is easy to operate,lightweight and flexible,produces accurate drilling and sampling dimensions,leaves a smooth surface after drilling,and does not cause accidental damage to the drilled material,making it an ideal piece of construction machinery.

The drilling rig uses a series-wound motor as its power source and is equipped with a synthetic diamond thin-walled drill bit.It is mainly used in construction projects,such as highways,airports,ports,dams,and other concrete engineering projects,for drilling and core sampling.This method eliminates the need for pre-drilled holes or manual drilling after construction in building construction,while also providing ideal conditions for core sampling by research institutions.Furthermore,this drilling rig can also be used for core sampling of other non-metallic brittle and hard materials,such as refractory materials,ceramics,glass,and rocks.

The core drilling machine is a vertical drilling machine with a downward drilling direction.It consists of a motor,gearbox,drill bit,column,base,and lifting mechanism.The single-phase series-wound motor is mounted on a gearbox,which is fixed to the lifting mechanism.This gearbox drives the drill bit below the spindle to move up and down,achieving the purpose of drilling or core sampling.A rack on the column allows the gearbox to move up and down along the column,and this movement is achieved by manually rotating the feed handle.
