I. Product Introduction

 

The Raised Pavement Marker Abrasion Resistance Testing Machine is used to test the abrasion resistance of raised pavement marks installed on roads.It evaluates the surface abrasion resistance of the test sample using the falling sand method.This instrument is mainly suitable for A1 and A2 class raised pavement marks;A3 class raised pavement marks and raised pavement marks installed in other locations can also be used as a reference.It is an essential testing instrument for research institutes,quality inspection departments,and raised pavement mark manufacturers.

It conforms to the test method for abrasion resistance of raised pavement marks in Appendix B of GB/T 24725-2009"Raised Pavement Markers",and also meets the relevant requirements of international standards such as ASTM D4280—Standard Specification for Raised Pavement Markers,ASTM D4383—Standard Specification for Plowable,Raised,Retroreflective Pavement Markers,ASTM D968—Test Methods for Abrasion Resistance of Organic Coatings by Falling Abrasive(Falling-Sand Test)and EN 1463(Part 1&Part 2)—Road marking materials—Retroreflecting road studs.
