This device is specifically designed for testing the sealing performance of delineators and is suitable for inspecting the sealing resistance of various types of delineators installed on highways, bridges, tunnels, urban roads, and other roads or parking lots. The equipment design and testing methods meet the technical requirements of GB/T 24970-2010 "Delineators" and reference the testing principles related to sealing performance and durability in EN 1463-1:2021 "Road Reflective Raised Markings – Part 1: Initial Performance Requirements for Road Markings" and EN 1463-2:2021 "Road Reflective Raised Markings – Part 2: Road Testing Requirements," making the test results more internationally comparable and reliable.
II. Features and Functions
1. The product uses an electrostatic powder-coated outer shell, a high-quality stainless steel inner liner, and ultra-fine glass fiber insulation material. It employs dual water tank control for simultaneous high and low temperature testing, meeting the requirements for rapid, scientific, and accurate testing of contour markers. The low-temperature water tank temperature is 0–50℃, and the high-temperature water tank temperature is 5–80℃.
2. The control unit uses microcomputer control ,High-precision digital display. The entire operation is achieved through a human-machine interface. Temperature can be quickly set using touch soft keys, making operation convenient. The microcomputer corrects for temperature measurement deviations, with a digital display accuracy of 0.1℃.
3. The instrument uses a stainless steel circulating water pump internally, forcing water circulation,uniform temperature. The coolant inside the tank can be externally drawn to cool the external experimental container, achieving a second constant-temperature test.
4. It uses a fully enclosed, air-cooled brand-name compressor unit for refrigeration. It operates quietly and cools quickly.
