I. Product Introduction
This instrument is mainly used to determine and evaluate the interlayer bond strength between surface treatments, sealing coats, tack coats, prime coats, and waterproofing layers and different materials such as asphalt layers, cement concrete layers, and bridge decks. It is also suitable for testing the bond performance of structural layer-tack layer-structural layer systems. The equipment meets the requirements of JTG 3450-2019 "Specifications for Field Testing of Highway Subgrade and Pavement" T0985-2019 Interlayer Bond Strength Test Method and complies with the relevant provisions of ASTM D7234 "Standard Test Method for Determination of Pull-out Adhesion of Coatings on Concrete Surfaces Using a Portable Pull-out Tester". It can be used for professional pull-out strength testing in engineering fields and laboratories.

1. The main unit consists of a loading system, a data acquisition system, a pull-out bracket, and pull-out accessories. The instrument can provide a uniform, vertically upward pull-out force with a tensile rate of 25 kPa/s ± 15 kPa/s.
