The project covers a vast area:the main airport is planned to occupy approximately 2,500 hectares.Phase 1 will include a large passenger terminal building(PTB)with an initial design capacity of approximately 35 million passengers per year.Future goals are to further expand,increasing the maximum throughput capacity to 100 million passengers per year.The airport design includes at least four parallel runways to support high-frequency flight operations.

Concrete quality control series:concrete mixers,concrete specimen molds(cubes,cylinders,beams),vibratory compaction tables,compression testing machines(concrete compression testers),flexural testing devices,and constant temperature curing rooms/wet curing chambers and ovens for standard curing.This equipment forms a complete chain for concrete from molding and curing to mechanical performance testing,ensuring that the strength and durability of concrete fully meet design specifications.
Asphalt mixture performance testing series:The core Marshall stability testing system(including the Marshall apparatus and pressure tester),as well as a penetration tester,softening point tester,ductility tester,and viscometer for determining the basic properties of asphalt.This equipment is an internationally recognized standard configuration for asphalt mixture mix design and quality control,and is crucial for ensuring the high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance,and durability of pavements.
Aggregate and Mineral Filler Analysis Series:Vibrating screens/electric sieve systems,sand equivalent testing devices,and mud content/washed sand devices are used for precise analysis of aggregate gradation,cleanliness,and harmful substance content.The accompanying surface area analyzer(Blaine method)/fineness meter is specifically designed to evaluate the fineness of cement and mineral admixtures,directly affecting the hydration activity of cementitious materials and concrete performance.
Environmental Simulation Testing Equipment:Constant temperature and humidity chambers provide a stable temperature and humidity environment for material testing,simulating the effects of various climatic conditions on material performance and ensuring material reliability under different environments.
